Passion and danger collide in this brand-new Lords of the Underwold eBook exclusive adventure.
Once, Atlas, the Titan God of Strength, was Nike’s slave.  Now, he is her master!  Soon these long-time enemies destined to destroy one another will be forced to risk everything for a chance at love…

The Darkest Fire, The Darkest Prison, and The Amazon’s Curse are currently only available as eBooks.  These can be read on the popular Kindle or any other “reader” as well as in pdf, Microsoft and other formats.  These books are too short to be books on their own, but will be coming out together in one book (with bonus LOTU material) in the future (May 2010)

Loved this book, beautifully written and passionate as always!

I especially liked the glimpses into Reyes and Danika’s life and also into that of Sienna, although I felt pretty bad about what she had become. I hope everything will work out for her (and Paris!).

  4. Elaine R says:

So not fair, I don’t have a kindle, so now I have to wait until next year to read this. Eeek.

  5. Jennifer says:

Elaine, I know not everyone is a fan of the eBook! You can, however, get them without a kindle. On August 1st you should be able to get it in Adobe, Microsoft and other formats…also keep an eye out for the print version (see booklist) coming out next year!

  6. olivia says:

I got the mp3 version of it at audible.com. It’s amazing!

  7. gena says:

  9. Katherine Gleckler says:

I’m a huge fan of all the Lords books and was glad to have this one to keep me temporarily sated while waiting for The Darkest Whisper. Once again you’ve managed to write an enthralling novel that captures the mind and warms the blood. I can’t wait for Sabin, Aeron, and Gideon’s books to come out and hope to see more after that.

I did want to add one thing though. This book is available as more than an ebook. It can be found as an audiobook at audible.com. With Max Bellmoore who has narrated the entire series once again proving his amazing talents.

  10. Cynthia says:

this book is coming out in print right. please tell me it is….

  11. Jennifer says:

It is, see the booklist on the homepage for more info. Thanks!

  12. Jennie says:

Got it. Read it. Loved it. Reyes arming himself before sex is hot. Sienna seeming as hollow as Paris felt in T.D.Pl. is heartbreaking. And Atlas and Nike will be interesting to watch methinks.

PS. Urge your editor towards global release dates. I hate waiting!

  15. Adrian says:

It’s a shame the darkest prison was under 100 pages but it rocked just as much as the main story line XD Thanks Gena.

  16. MINE! says:

I really liked Nike for Atlas!! Which LOTU book are they going to make an appearance in next??

  17. kiki says:

can someone tell me how the darkest prison ties in with the series without ruining the book? I understand how the darkest fire ties in with the series, thats where u learn who’s bones were used to create the box. But who does this one tie in?

  18. kiki says:

sorry, there is a typo there, I meant to type how does it tie in, at the end.

  19. gena says:

Darkest Prison gives you a glimpse into the Tartarus prison system and introduces you to some of the gods and goddess who might one day be making appearances in the books. :)

  20. Anon-i-moose says:

Nooo! I have to wait until next year! Someone get me a time-machine!!!

eBooks get on my nerves. Nothing beats the quality experience of holding a book in your hands and savoring each turn of the page that takes you deeper into the story.

  21. DAPHNEY says:

OMGOODNESS,CANT WAIT FOR THE WHOLE SERIES TO COME OUT, AND REALLY CANT WAIT TO READ MORE ABOUT PARIS. 22. kiki says:

  23. becktoria says:

So far this is my favorite story in the entire series. I just love the part where Atlas tries to make Nike jealous, and she gets back at him with making HIM jealous. Best scene EVER! There needs to be more heroines like that. Make the hero suffer a bit. Can’t wait to see more of them in the future!

  24. Patty says:

I stumbled across Gena’s books while on a search for another book. I have since read everything I can get my hands on. (LOTU, Atlantis, Stone Prince..etc)(Thanks Gena- you doll! Although, I curse you daily for making me wait for Aeron and Torin’s stories..LOL) I am on several Yahoo groups and preach all the time that people need to read Gena’s books. I just wanted to say thanks and I am so grateful for Gena’s imagination. I am up at 2:31 am after having just finished The Darkest Whisper and realized I somehow missed this one. Buying it from audibles tomorrow so I can dance around the house while listening :)
Thanks again and I look forward to the next one!

  25. Lisa says:

I’m a bit confused. I haven’t read any of Gena’s books but want to. Do ther Lords of the Underworld go in a certain order or can they be read independently of each other?

  26. Jennifer says:

The best way is the order they appear in the booklist on the homepage of the website. Any order is okay if it works out that way, you shouldn’t be lost.

  27. Liz says:

Will there be more LOTU this year, any sense for when? Dying to know what happens with Paris, Kade, Torin, Gideon and the others. We have to know how it all ends for them! Love the books! Please keep writing them (and soon) :)

  28. Lyndsay says:

I stumbled upon the Lords of the Underworld series almost accidentally and now I just can’t get enough. I’m addicted to this series. So far I have read The Darkest Kiss and The Darkest Whisper and I have absolutely fallen in love with Paris!!!!!! I can’t wait to get my hands on the next edition!!!

  29. Katie says:

can anyone tell me wich books are out in stores NOW and hav the ones that are coming out SOON, but hav them separated. im just so confused..

  30. Katie says:

o and i dnt want the e-book stuff mentioned, kuz that just confuses me even more. just the regular book.

  31. Roz says:

I didn’t see “Heart of Darkness” on the homepage book list…Is that still scheduled for release this month?

  32. Anna says:

  33. casie says:
